Position: Second Cook
About: Brigham & Women’s Hospital (BWH) in Boston is seeking a Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing food from raw state for a hotel and restaurant-style menu, following prescribed recipes and departmental guidelines. This role requires adherence to sanitation and safety procedures set by the dietary department and ensuring the quality and safety of patient meals.
Requirements: Required to read and write English; equivalent of grades 9-12 education and 1-2 years of previous hospital or institutional diversified cooking experience
