Requirements: Must have 2 to 5 years cooking experience in a high-volume banquet facility, hotel/conference center, or fine dining restaurant; A valid ServSafe Food Handling Certificate is required; Must have good verbal communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include working beyond the standard shift of approximately 8 hours per day, working some weekends and holidays may be required; Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs
