About: Under the supervision of a Department of Food and Nutrition Services Supervisor or Manager, the Second Cook completes tasks as outlined in the job flow for daily position assigned at Jersey City Medical Center, NJ. Requirements: Knowledge of food production, service, and sanitation; Prior cooking experience in a healthcare facility; High School diploma, GED, or equivalent; 3 to 4 years of related work experience
