Position: Seasonal Porter
About: As a Porter at Related Management Company (RMC), you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive luxury building at One Bennett Park. You will be responsible for various janitorial duties, light maintenance tasks, providing excellent customer service to residents, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property and grounds. This position offers the opportunity to learn new skills and work closely with the maintenance team.
Requirements: 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience; must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals; must be a team player and able to work with little supervision; excellent time management skills and work ethic needed; must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift; light maintenance knowledge is a plus
