Position: Seasonal Pool Barback | Part Time
About: Omni Hotels is currently seeking a Barback to assist the bartender(s) and wait staff in maintaining bar cleanliness and set-up, expediting food, replenishing supplies and service items as needed. The role involves stocking the bar stations to par, requisitioning items, and maintaining a par level of liquor bottles, as well as maintaining clean and polished glassware. Familiarity with the liquors and beers sold in the bar is essential.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of liquors and beers; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment; excellent teamwork and communication skills
