Position: Seasonal Line Cook
About: Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Our Club offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for culinary professionals to showcase their talent and enhance their skills in a prestigious golf hospitality setting.
Requirements: Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred; strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality food; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
