Position: Seasonal Host, Part Time
About: The Host position at Bass Pro Shops involves ensuring all restaurant guests are greeted, made to feel welcome, and seated in a friendly and courteous manner. The host plays a key role in supporting world-class customer service, managing guest flow, and assisting with various front-of-house responsibilities at the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; experience in and passion for consumer service; willingness to learn new skills and be a team player; ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items; ability to work well with a team, prioritize, and ensure guest satisfaction; stay calm, organized, and efficient during peak periods
