Position: Seasonal Event Manager
About: Christmas in Color, presented by Wonder Entertainment, is seeking an Event Manager to lead an event crew and manage an interactive Christmas drive-thru light show display at the Expo ID in Boise, ID. The Event Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the event by providing exceptional leadership and operational oversight.
Requirements: Previous experience managing a fast-paced event; Minimum of two years experience in event management, project management, event planning, customer service management, or related field; Must be comfortable in hiring and managing a team; Excellent verbal and written communication with high-level organization skills; Experience in Customer Service and communicating with a Ticketing/Guest Relations Team; Demonstrated ability and experience in coordinating teams and executing multi-faceted plans, including contingency plans; Proven conflict resolution and professionalism skills with customers and team members
