About: The Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic floor is known as the heart of the store. The Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic Beauty Advisors are experts capable of providing excellent service and selling the totality of the assortment both in-store and online. The Beauty Advisor’s primary focus is to build and maintain client relationships by offering outstanding service and product knowledge while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation. They provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and offer expert trend advice. The Beauty Advisor is welcoming, friendly, engaged, and customer-centric, ensuring the needs of the customer come first.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics; Ability to read and interpret instructional documents; Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
