Position: Seasonal CLUB Customer Service Outfitter, Part Time
About: The Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Customer Service Outfitter position provides world-class customer service to guests, promoting the benefits of joining the CLUB Membership program. The role involves serving as a product expert, handling account servicing, acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, peer coaching, and adhering to regulatory compliance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience; 0 to 2 years of experience; excellent organization skills and attention to details; experience in a customer service environment; excellent verbal and written communication skills; adaptability to new processes and procedures; excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised
