Position: Seasonal Barista – Eataly Soho
About: Eataly is the world’s largest artisanal Italian food and beverage marketplace, known for its authentic Italian food offerings, high-quality products, and educational experiences. Each Eataly location has its unique character and theme, all aimed at providing a memorable culinary experience for guests through dining, shopping, and learning opportunities.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; 1+ year barista experience on a manual espresso machine preferred; knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and product; outstanding communication and guest service skills; ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and follow directions for all production; availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including early mornings, evenings, and weekends; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting; ability to operate equipment such as a manual espresso machine, ovens, drink blender, juicer, and Point of Sale; dexterity for rapid and consistent espresso creation
