Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred; strong focus on quality and customer service; reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team environment; willingness to learn about coffee and engage with customers; ability to perform physical tasks during the work shift
