About: Seaside by the Pier, a new concept by Earl Enterprises located on the Santa Monica Pier, offers a unique dining experience across three levels. From delicious deli sandwiches to traditional American fare and a stunning rooftop bar, there’s something for everyone at Seaside by the Pier.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; attention to detail and strong organizational skills; friendly and welcoming demeanor; knowledge of restaurant procedures and guest service standards; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
