Position: School Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or related field; licensed or in the process of obtaining applicable educational leadership and special education credentials preferred; prior experience in educational leadership or school administrator position, preferably in a special education program setting; highly knowledgeable in curriculum development, assessment, and instruction; proficient in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism spectrum disorders; effective budgetary management skills and comprehensive knowledge of school operations; skilled in providing training and professional development to education staff; proficiency in education admission and enrollment procedures; advanced communication, organization, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities; ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; experience with instructional technology and education best practices; strong leadership qualities and servant leadership approach.
