Requirements: Education Requirement: Graduation from high school or equivalent; Experience Requirements: 1/2 year of general experience and 1 year of specialized experience in quantity cooking work in a food service setting; Specialized Experience: Hands-on experience in quantity food preparation, kitchen safety, and following standardized recipes; Non-Qualifying Experience: Limited to serving food, cleaning, and washing dishes; Substitution of Training for Experience: Associate’s degree in Food Service or completion of a technical school program in quantity cooking can substitute for experience; Quality of Experience: Demonstrated ability to perform duties of the position effectively.
