Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of 2 years customer/client service experience in a fast-paced environment; home care or health care experience desired; prior experience in therapy scheduling preferred; excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills; experience in a sales environment helpful; experience communicating with customers/clients via telephone; demonstrated success in establishing relationships with a broad range of people; ability to process and manage confidential information; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
