Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; formal training in medical terminology, hospital finance, and customer relations a plus; previous admission/registration experience or frontline customer contact experience required; exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills; knowledge of insurance requirements, medical terminology, and hospital processes; ability to work independently and in a team environment; must have excellent typing skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
