About: Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is located at 1400 La Concha in Houston, Texas 77054. They are currently looking for a Scheduling Coordinator for their Cellular Life Solutions department. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized, and service-centric.
Requirements: One-year certificate from an accredited college/technical school; minimum of two years of secretarial experience or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Proficiency in computer software – Microsoft Office Suite. Master Control, Invita and NetSuite preferred; Ability to Type 50 wpm. Good attention to detail, accuracy; Good interpersonal communication skills; Good knowledge of Medical Terminology; Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work; Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
