Requirements: Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent; at least two years of full-time working experience in a four or five-star hotel/restaurant; good attitude, willingness to learn, good presentation, and English language skills; previous experience from another Cruise Line preferred; knowledge of USPH and international Public Health regulations; extensive food knowledge; ability to work in a team and follow instructions; physical fitness to perform job tasks; ability to maintain flexibility in working hours
