Position: SBN – Sr Waiter
About: SBN – Sr Waiter position at Holland America Group, working on a cruise ship with a focus on delivering ultimate guest satisfaction and adhering to company service procedures. The Senior Waiter is responsible for guiding and training the team to achieve excellence and exceed guest expectations in a dynamic and intense environment.
Requirements: Diploma from a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent; at least two years of full-time working experience in a four or five-star hotel/restaurant; restaurant experience with good attitude, willingness to learn, good presentation, and English language skills; previous experience from another Cruise Line preferred; knowledge of USPH and international Public Health rules and regulations; self-disciplined with excellent communication skills; self-motivated with ambition for promotion; ability to work in a team and follow instructions
