Position: SBN – Sommelier
About: Seabourn, a luxury cruise line company, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sommelier to oversee the wine program onboard and ensure exceptional service in The Restaurant, catering to 450 guests. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent degree; Sommelier diploma or certificate from a recognized Wine School; Minimum certified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers or level 3 WSET/CAPS or AIS; One year of working experience as a supervisor in a dining room environment; Knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations, classical wine and beverage service, and international Public Health rules; Ability to train and coach team members
