Position: SBN – Head Sommelier

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent degree; Sommelier diploma or certificate from a recognized Wine School; Proof of continuing education in specialized courses, seminars, and visits to wineries; Minimum certified Sommelier qualification from Court of Master Sommeliers or level 3 WSET/CAPS or AIS; One year of working experience as a supervisor in a dining room environment; Knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations; Working knowledge of wine lists covering Old and New World wines; Ability to train and coach team members
