Position: SBN – Demi Chef de Partie Pastry
About: Holland America Group is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry to join their Galley department on a Fixed Term Contract basis with a global location. The role reports directly to the Executive Pastry Chef and involves directing, supervising, and assisting in food preparation for guests and crew, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent accredited culinary college or university; 2+ years experience in a 5 star+ hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant performing similar duties; Certification from an accredited advanced food safety program; Extensive knowledge in VSP preferred; Ability to deliver 5-star culinary products; Experience in high-volume operation of at least 500 meals per service; Extensive kitchen machinery and knife safety knowledge; Experience working in all major culinary brigade stations with extensive knowledge in designated station
