Position: SBN – Chef De Cuisine
About: Seabourn, a luxury cruise line, is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join their team. The Chef de Cuisine plays a key role in maintaining high culinary standards and ensuring guest satisfaction onboard. Seabourn is known for its luxurious and intimate cruise ship experience, visiting unique destinations worldwide.
Requirements: Formal degree in food management from a recognized International culinary institution; proof of continuing education translated in certificates or participation in specialized courses; 5+ years experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant performing similar functions; 2+ years in the same or similar position; certification from an accredited advanced food safety program; extensive knowledge in VSP preferred
