Position: SBN – Barista
About: Seabourn Square, a renowned global company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dedicated Barista to join their dynamic Beverage Service team under the guidance of the Bar Manager. The Barista plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through the delivery of quality beverages and maintaining a pristine environment according to company standards.
Requirements: Excellent command of the English Language; Extensive knowledge of beverages such as coffee and teas, basic knowledge of varying brands and quality of liquors; Advanced understanding of operating a coffee machine and coffee drink types; Handle multiple tasks at one time; Physically fit and able to lift more than 20kg; Basic knowledge of beverage handling procedures with regard to public health standards; Cost awareness and full understanding of inventory control and inventory taking; Ability to train and guide assigned waiting staff; Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and seven days a week as business requires; Process information/merchandise through POS register system
