Position: Saute/Broiler Cook

About: With genuine hospitality and a passion for teamwork, a Sauté or Broiler Cook will prepare high-quality food items to order while exceeding guests’ expectations by following recipe and presentation guidelines. A Sauté or Broiler Cook will ensure special guest requests are accommodated while delivering the same high-quality standards. A Sauté or Broiler Cook will coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to the table and ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or related field preferred; Proven experience as a Sauté or Broiler Cook; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques; Excellent communication and teamwork skills
