Position: Sanitor
About: A restaurant is seeking a Night Porter/Sanitor to work unsupervised during the night and handle major cleaning of the interior building and equipment at the end of the day. Responsibilities include dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling cooking equipment such as broilers, fryers, and hood filters, as well as changing grease in fryers and overall cleaning of floors, walls, ceiling, and windows. Safety and security procedures enforcement is essential, and experience in building and equipment maintenance is preferred. Background check and Drug Screen are mandatory for this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in cleaning and maintenance of buildings and equipment preferred
