Position: Sanitation Utility 1 – 2nd Shift
About: A Manufacturing Plant in Chicago, IL is seeking a diligent Utility – Sanitation team member to ensure the cleanliness of processing and non-processing equipment within the bakery premises. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain product quality. The position involves communication with production staff and participation in the Food Defense Team for optimal operations and hygiene standards.
Requirements: Ability to work night shift; High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; Previous safety training preferred; Prior food industry experience a plus; Familiarity with bakery equipment preferred; Excellent communication skills
