Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong passion for salon products and services; ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service; attention to detail and ability to make customers happy; proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership; willingness to improve customer experience and take action with energy and urgency
