Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in salon services and retail product knowledge preferred; ability to educate customers on product benefits and salon services, drive sales, assist customers effectively, and collaborate with salon associates; passion for salon services, strong problem-solving skills, ability to deliver exceptional customer service, proactive in enhancing customer experience
