Requirements: Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry; strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and meet sales targets; knowledge of roofing and waterproofing products and services; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to carry a ladder and inspect residential roofs
