Position: Sales Support Specialist II (Cox Media)

About: The Media Sales Services Specialist plays a critical role in the coordination, troubleshooting, and processing of digital and linear advertising orders for clients at Cox Communications, the largest private telecom company in America, known for serving six million homes and businesses. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact daily with sales teams, clients, and Fulfillment and Operations teams in a fun, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements: High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field such as customer service, sales support, media sales, or digital/advertising marketing environment. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, ability to prioritize tasks, make quick decisions, improve processes, work independently, and follow complex instructions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication and problem-solving. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of related experience, AS/AA or technical certification, experience in media advertising or digital marketing, IAB Digital Media Sales Certification, Google AdWords Certification, and campaign management expertise.
