Position: Sales Support Associate III
About: The Sales Support Associate role is essential to Coach’s overall success, emphasizing on brand commitment when assisting customers. Responsibilities include providing efficient service at the cash wrap, maintaining a well-organized sales floor, and supporting product flow. Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Current knowledge of fashion trends. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical skills: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, ability to utilize walkie talkie, and read product release sheets. Physical abilities: Capability to work at a fast pace, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver sales floor and stock room. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays during high retail traffic days.
