About: The Sales Representative II position at Wells is responsible for developing profitable projects, managing select clients, prospecting, building relationships, and presenting precast solutions. Local candidates preferred.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Construction Management preferred; 3-5 years of experience in Precast sales; Three to five years of experience as a Wells Concrete Sales Representative I; Proficiency in complex building types; Strong communication and persuasion skills; Ability to work effectively with others; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Participation in industry associations; Valid driver’s license
