Position: Sales Representative
About: The Sales Representative position involves responsibility for sales activities, relationship building, and follow-ups within the assigned territory. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities with existing clients and prospects, developing market strategies to meet specific sales goals, and executing business development plans in the company CRM. The Sales Representative must maintain key customer plans, monitor sales results, and collaborate with technical representatives and departments on product issues and developments. This role also entails site visits, client support, and coordination of training programs with the technical department.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge and 5 years of selling experience in the building materials industry; good understanding of manufacturing and distribution methods; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong leadership and team building skills; executive level presentation, selling, and negotiating skills; excellent listening and questioning skills; resourceful, flexible, and adaptive; ability to work outside the box; excellent organizational and project management skills; excellent time management.
