About: IOT Partners LLC, a Metro by T-Mobile authorized retailer based in Pompano Beach, Florida, is dedicated to enhancing the wireless experience through innovative products and services on Metro by T-Mobile’s advanced 5G network. They focus on delivering exceptional customer service and value to their clients.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred; at least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States; ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong written and verbal communication skills; tech-savvy; effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
