Requirements: Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or related field or comparable professional experience; 2-4 years of outside sales or account management experience; experience in managing consumer issue resolution processes; strong leadership skills; energy and focus on goals and results; excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent organization and time management skills; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to be persuasive; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based applications
