Requirements: Education: A college degree is preferred but not required; exceptional industry knowledge and sales aptitude are highly valued. Experience: Experience in beer, soft drinks, or beverage distribution is preferred but not required. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in technology, including handheld computers and sales tracking software; basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to operate a calculator and interpret code dates; technical knowledge of draught systems and handling; ability to use power tools (e.g., hand drills) when necessary. Additional Requirements: Professional appearance and personality aligned with company values; ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and special events as needed; valid driver’s license with a good driving record to comply with company insurance requirements.
