Position: Sales Representative
About: Staffing Depot is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Sales Representative to join their team. The Sales Representative will manage the new customer pipeline, document progress through the sales process, negotiate staffing agreements, and ensure smooth client implementations. This role involves handling selected Request for Proposals and/or Information, catering to multiple customers in different sales stages in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or related field preferred; familiarity with sales contracts and agreements; demonstrable experience in sales support administration or similar; proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication and customer service skills; exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities; 5+ years of experience in inside or outside sales or client account management; ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and meet deadlines; self-starter; experience with CRM
