Position: Sales Porter
About: Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships. The main role of a Sales Porter is to manage the flow of the Sales Department by receiving, moving, and parking vehicles to accommodate all sales personnel requests. Sales Porters strive to provide 5-star Treatment by delivering exceptional service with a professional, polite, and positive attitude.
Requirements: Unrestricted California driver’s license and clean driving record; Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications; Time management and organizational skills; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Friendly with high energy and willingness to go above and beyond; Highly responsible, professional, and reliable; Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles; Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight spaces; Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills under stress; Able to work independently with minimal supervision; Previous experience in a similar role is a plus; Customer service oriented; Team player with a strong sense of commitment; Respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments; Ability to focus on Guest’s and Sales Team’s needs and remain calm and courteous
