Position: sales porter
About: The Lot Porter assists both the Sales and Service Departments in maintaining the new and used car lots, and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.
Requirements: Driver’s License; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; Professional personal appearance; Ability to move throughout the company facility for most of the shift, spend time outdoors in the weather and elements, and spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas; Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk for prolonged periods, bend, twist, and/or stoop for prolonged periods, kneel and/or squat for prolonged periods, lift over 50 lbs on a regular basis, reach and/or lift overhead on a regular basis, climb stairs, perform repetitive hand/finger movements on a regular basis, grasp/grab with hands for prolonged periods, push and pull on a regular basis; Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Review and analyze actions regularly to determine better time utilization; Understand business terminology and stay updated on technology changes; Know federal, state, and local requirements; Follow lawful directions, work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed, interact well with others, uphold non-disclosure and confidentiality policies
