Position: Sales Manager (Eldorado Scioto Downs – Columbus, OH)
About: Sales Manager-SD is a role at a company actively soliciting various organizations and client lists for future bookings. The Sales Manager will ensure all rooms, food and beverage, amenities, and special requests are well-communicated and tracked through a BEO, maintaining organized sales files and completing follow-ups with booked groups. This role involves attending meetings and events on and off the property, participating in special promotions, and maintaining industry knowledge. The Sales Manager-SD will handle any changes or problems promptly, exercise sound business judgment, and safeguard company records.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to four years of Conference Sales experience is a plus; excellent communication skills; ability to travel to client locations; must be at least 21 and able to obtain appropriate licensing; ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods
