A Sales Leader Action Line with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for assisting the sales management team in closing sales to qualified guests.
Requirements: Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales; Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; Able to acquire a Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment; High School diploma or equivalent; 2+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members; 2+ years’ of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales; Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience; Active Real Estate License
