Requirements: Proven track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales; Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; High School diploma or equivalent; Active Florida Real Estate License; 2+ years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members; 2+ years’ of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales; Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience
