Requirements: College course work in a related field helpful; experience in a hotel or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; must be skilled in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing; long hours may be required; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests; ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines; maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming; comply with hotel standards and regulations; handle and solve problems effectively; maintain confidentiality of information; perform other duties as requested by management
