Position: Sales Manager
About: The Capital Grille is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth through direct and indirect sales strategies, overseeing private and large party dining planning, and community marketing efforts. The role involves managing the Host/Sales department operations and collaborating with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless execution of events in line with the company’s values and principles.
Requirements: Outside sales experience; 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required; 2+ years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred; Strong working knowledge of the community trade area; Stable job history demonstrating upward career progression
