Position: Sales Floor Manager – RideNow Peoria
About: RideNow Powersports Peoria, a division of RumbleOn, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Floor Manager to assist our sales professionals in the closing of deals and building of customer relationships. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will motivate and guide your sales team to success by ensuring our customers receive superior service at our dealership. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Powersports, RV, Marine, or Automotive Dealership in Sales; Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a leadership role in dealer (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Closer, etc.); Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays; A motorcycle endorsement is not required but welcomed; A passion for powersports and understanding of the products and industry is strongly desired; Excellent negotiation and closing skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly; Strong knowledge of finance products and deal structure; Strong focus on providing excellent customer service; Highly organized with strong time management skills; Exceptional communication skills
