Position: Sales & Events Manager
About: Morton’s The Steakhouse is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee all private dining events and drive business growth. The establishment offers an extensive training program, career development opportunities, generous employee discounts, various health benefit plans, dental and vision coverage, paid sick leave, paid vacation, monthly and quarterly bonus potential, and a competitive salary range of USD $60,000.00 – USD $65,000.00, plus a 3% commission on secured private dining events.
Requirements: At least 3 years previous sales experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant or hotel operation; ability to write business correspondences, set up contracts, and function sheets; professional presentation skills and strong communication abilities; proficiency in calculating financial figures for contracts; ability to maintain positive communication with guests and employees; stable work history with a strong work ethic
