Position: Sales & Events Lead – Markets, Festivals & Kiosks
About: Minky Designs is a leader in luxury blankets, known for their unmatched softness and high-quality craftsmanship. Currently seeking a Sales & Events Lead to manage and grow their presence at markets, festivals, and seasonal kiosks, this full-time role involves planning, staffing, and executing sales events while engaging with customers to drive sales.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; retail sales or event-based selling experience required; experience as a sales lead, event coordinator, or retail manager preferred; background in organizing and managing in-person sales events is a plus; ability to troubleshoot on the fly and adapt to event challenges; must be comfortable speaking with customers and creating a positive brand experience; willingness to work some weekends and holidays; travel up to 400 miles for events
