Position: Sales & Events Coordinator

The Event Sales Coordinator position at Hyatt is responsible for servicing events, collaborating with Event Sales Managers in contract negotiations and servicing accounts. The primary focus is on Banquet Food, Beverage, and Setup, including menu planning, agenda setting, hotel meeting services, hospitality amenities, and special VIP requests. Responsibilities also involve contract review, facilitating communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events, hosting site inspections, leading event meetings, and participating in staff meetings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge; preferably a four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience; 18 months of hotel experience preferred; willingness to be geographically mobile
