Position: SALES & EVENTS COORDINATOR
About: At Hyatt, known for its caring and attentive associates focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences, we are seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to work closely with Event Sales Managers in servicing events, including Banquet Food, Beverage, Setup, menu planning, agenda setting, and hotel meeting services. The role also involves contract negotiations, communication facilitation, hosting site inspections, and leading event meetings within a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Requirements: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; must be proficient in general computer knowledge; prefer a four-year hospitality degree or equivalent experience; prefer 18 months of hotel experience; geographically mobile
